The breakfast with locally sourced products was amazing. The homemade yoghurt and cakes were a delicious way to start the day. The hosts were enthusiastic and caring, providing us with great information and taking good care of us. The property's location in the city center was perfect for exploring the area and there was plenty to see and do nearby. the historic charm of the building added to the overall experience and made our stay even more memorable.
There were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, such as a broken light fitting and a poorly attached bedside table. While these didn't greatly impact our overall experience, it would have been nice if these issues had been addressed prior to our arrival.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value and a stunning room in a medieval building. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the cultural sights and beautiful parks. The staff, especially Johanna, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more memorable.
The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe a wider variety of options would have been nice.

We recently stayed at a lovely bed & breakfast in a breathtaking medieval building. the room we stayed in, called the Retreat, was originally the kitchen of the house and had been beautifully furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style that complemented the original features. the host, Johanna, was incredibly helpful and even shared the history of the building with us. The location was fantastic, allowing for easy access to the lively city center of the beautiful town. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all! 😊.

The highlight of my stay at this charming bed and breakfast was the delectable continental breakfast. Each morning, I was greeted with a spread that could rival any high-end brunch spot. The croissants were so buttery and flaky, they practically melted in my mouth. From the fresh fruits to the perfectly brewed coffee, it was a breakfast fit for royalty.
Noise at night time.

Oh, and let's not forget the thrill of the tap getting hotter the longer I left it on. So exciting!
